If you want to make a change or return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request it through an email toeshop@kakimate.com within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the change or return if you think it is necessary to help us continue to improve.

Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, not being able to be used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, their complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. IMPORTANT:In case of return of the product, the shipping costs will be deducted when making the return of the purchase amount.Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep proof of delivery. The cost of this shipment is your responsibility.

You have a period of 15 calendar days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery in accordance with article 44 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. We will return the amounts received by payment, without any withholding and within a period not exceeding thirty days. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right of withdrawal and/or resolution is excluded in those cases in which, due to the very nature of the items being purchased, it is impossible to carry it out.

It is possible to make changes from one product to another, only the desired product must exist.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

We accept your return as long as the products to be returned are in the same state in which they were delivered, the purchase receipt and you must keep their original labeling and packaging.

We will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, and you will proceed to pay the amount of the returned products, less the cost of returning them. The shipping costs of the order will only be reimbursed in the case of defective or incorrect products.

Warranty

Users benefit from the guarantee offered by Kakimate, in accordance with Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the items or wear caused by normal use of the same are not included in this guarantee, as well as damage, or due to the incorrect use of the washing instructions, that come in each garment.
