Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING for orders over € 80 whose shipping address is Peninsula and Portugal (excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

The cost for orders outside the European Union is calculated based on the destination entered in the form:

  • Spain and Portugal (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): FREE from € 80
  • Europe and rest of Spain: € 18
  • Rest of the world: Request a quote by email eshop@kakimate.com

Customs costs are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.

IMPORTANT: If the product is returned, the shipping costs will be discounted at the time of refunding the purchase amount.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared every working day at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared on the next business day.

Shipments are made by express mail. The terms are:

  • Spain - between 48 and 72 business hours
  • Rest of the world between 5 and 7 working days

Kakimate undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address you indicate on the order form, within normal business hours.

Kakimate will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the shipping address entered in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.

The maximum period set for deliveries is thirty (30) days, established by default in the Law. However, the usual delivery period is 2-7 working days, from the date of the order.

These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. In the event of delivery delays, Kakimate will inform you as soon as it becomes aware of it.

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.

In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to Kakimate, you can cancel your order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Returns" section, as if it were a defective order, without assuming the shipping or return costs .

Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to you by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for attributable reasons.

If at the time of delivery you are absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

If after 7 business days from the delivery of the order the delivery has not been arranged, you should contact us. In case you do not do so, after 10 business days from the delivery of the order, it will be returned to Kakimate and you will have to pay the shipping costs and return to origin of the merchandise, as well as the possible expenses of associated management.

If delivery could not be made due to loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In such cases, we will contact you to decide if you cancel the order and we will pay you the amount (cost of the products and shipping costs), or if we send a new order again, at no additional cost.

At the time of delivery, it is advised that you check the good condition of the package with the transport company that, on behalf of Kakimate, delivers the product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that you could detect in the packaging.

If later, you detect any incident such as hit, breakage or any damage caused to it by shipping, we ask you to notify us by e-mail to eshop@kakimate.com in the shortest possible time (maximum 5 working days), in order to process the return.
